By creating an account on Maahir ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Maahir is an AI-powered learning platform developed by S4S (Server4Sale) to teach AI skills, career readiness, and character development.

2. Eligibility

Maahir is open to learners of all ages. Users under 18 must have guardian consent. Users under 13 must complete parental consent before accessing the Platform.

3. Invite-Based Access

Registration requires a valid invite code. Invite codes are distributed through campaigns, schools, organizations, and partnerships. Maahir reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Do not abuse, harass, or bully other users
• Do not attempt to manipulate points, rankings, or assessments
• Do not use the Platform for illegal or harmful activities
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. AI Usage

Maahir provides AI-powered tutoring through "Roshni" and other AI agents. AI responses are generated by third-party providers and may contain errors. Users should verify critical information independently. AI interactions may be logged for quality improvement.

6. Content Ownership

Learning content (exercises, scenarios, assessments) is owned by Maahir/S4S. User-generated content (forum posts, project submissions) remains owned by the user, with Maahir granted a license to display it within the Platform.

7. Account Termination

Maahir may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users can request account deletion at any time.
